About the role:

We are looking for outgoing pet lovers to interact with customers at Petco and PetSmart. The goal is to showcase the benefits of Nulos premium pet foods and encourage customers to choose Nulo for their dogs and cats. The position is titled Nulo Brand Ambassador, with performance measured by sales results in assigned stores.

The hours are generally 16-20 hours per week, with four-hour shifts available from Thursday through Sunday. The pay is $21 per hour, with opportunities for incentives based on sales performance.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective, friendly, and persuasive communication.


• Empathy and attentiveness to listen to customers pet stories and show genuine care.


• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude towards growth and coaching.


• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality interested in connecting with pet parents and learning about their pets.

Experience in sales is a plus but not required. We value social skills, passion for pets, and strong work ethic.

What youll do:

• Engage with pet parents through meaningful conversations, demonstrating love for pets and establishing rapport.


• Listen actively to pet stories, showing genuine interest and empathy.


• Recognize individual bonds between pet parents and their pets, paying attention to details.


• Use product knowledge to explain how Nulo products enhance pet relationships.


• Assist pet parents in selecting suitable Nulo products.


• Express gratitude and create lasting impressions by caring and showing appreciation.

Building connections and demonstrating product expertise are key to increasing Nulo sales.

Additional requirements:

• Love for pets and appreciation for premium nutrition.


• Age 18 or older.


• Availability on weekends (Saturdays/Sundays).


• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.


• Stand/walk for at least 4 hours.


• Reliable transportation within a 30-mile radius.


• Active email and daily computer access.
