The Event Sales Assistant will play a key role in the successful execution of various promotional events. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day execution of promotional events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare, organize, and distribute promotional materials to maximize event impact.
• Assist with event setup, including arranging decorations, signage, and product displays to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Engage with event attendees to promote products and drive sales, providing information and addressing inquiries with a professional and enthusiastic approach.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by being well-informed about the products and working collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with both customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the fast-paced nature of event environments.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient event planning and reporting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Previous experience in event planning or a related field is advantageous but not required.
