We are busy and fast-growing dental offices in North County. We offer career growth opportunities, including junior and senior management positions, as well as higher-than-market compensation package in addition to performance-based incentive programs.
We have multiple full-time openings for candidates with 2+ years of paid management experience in the same or similar capacities.
No experience in dentistry is required, we will train qualified candidate, with no or little dental experience at lower but competitive starting pay rates. We offer comprehensive training programs by the best dental management training institution in the world.
A successful management candidate must have supervisory or management experience with direct reports, financial & personnel responsibilities, excellent planning and progress reporting skills. Previous management experience in areas of dentistry, patient care, healthcare, sales, marketing and legal as well as college degrees are required.
Main duties of the positions are to assist or manage dental office operations with financial and personnel responsibilities. The positions will reports to the senior management team and will be responsible for various aspects of small business operations including administrative, customer services, sales, marketing, public relations, team-building, inventory and expenses controls. The position may require working at multiple office locations on different days until fully trained.
Successful completion of our staff and/or management audition and training programs are required. Business travel for off-site audition and training of up to 1 week per month is required.
Additional interview tests, past employment verification, background check and working interviews are required for employment.
