Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, driven to succeed individual who is customer-focused to join our team as Manager/Barista.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, pastries that adhere to the company’s high standards.


• Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.


• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.


• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.


• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.


• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred


• Strong customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
