We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Superintendent for Hi-Tech Manufacturing in the Construction industry to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hi-tech manufacturing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
As a Superintendent, you will:
1. Oversee all aspects of the project scope in the construction industry, including planning, coordinating, and supervising.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
3. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure all project goals are met.
4. Provide leadership and direction
5. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
6. Handle any issues or delays in the manufacturing process, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
7. Maintain accurate records of all manufacturing operations, including production schedules, project progress reports, and quality control records.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry with hi-tech manufacturing projects
2. Proven experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective solutions to complex challenges.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
6. A strong commitment to quality and safety, with a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of work.
7. A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
