The Technician will be responsible for all aspects of textile and hard surface cleaning. The Technician needs to be able to work alone and or at times be able to work with others and under the direction of the Operations Manager. Sometimes clients will not be on the worksite when work is done; as a result, good communication with the customer and our office through outlets like notes, photos, video, emails, texts, etc. is required. This information is maintained in our operations system, which is an online and mobile system • Responsible for obtaining payments from customers and job completion signatures • Responsible for closing out the job and adding notes, photos, and video • Follow the Proper steps for Commercial carpet Extraction and Encapsulation cleaning • Follow the Proper steps for Commercial Tile and Grout Cleaning • Follow the Proper steps for VCT stripping, cleaning, and refinishing • Positive customer interactions—including ETA’s, managing customer expectations and concerns • Show up to work on time • Post-cleaning and preparation of the van and equipment for the following shift • Attendance at meetings as required • You will also be expected to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested by your supervisor Qualifications: • A great attitude and willingness to be helpful to teammates • Be on your feet for long periods • You will need to be able to lift equipment occasionally, up to 90 pounds • Work flexibility, including early mornings, nights, and some weekends • Strong communication skills, second language a plus • Mechanical skills are a plus • Maintain a clean-cut and neat appearance • Have a clean, valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work • Pass a background check and be drug-free • Ability to manage customer concerns with little oversight • Reliable, show up to work on time every day, energetic and friendly, and ready to work • Present yourself well while working in businesses where clients expect outstanding customer servic,e and so do we • Doing a thorough cleaning job, being organized while still being productive, and getting jobs done in a timely manner Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
