We’re hiring experienced Aluminum Welders to support the Maneuver Support Vessel (MSV) project—an exciting 10-year initiative to build 32 military transport ships for the U.S. Army. Be part of a team constructing prototype vessels that will carry military vehicles across the globe.

What You’ll Do
Weld and fabricate aluminum components in various positions.
Read blueprints and follow precise welding instructions.
Perform MIG welding (pulse arc preferred) on structural aluminum.
Pass a hands-on weld test to D1.2 standards (3G & 4G positions).
What You Bring
Proven experience welding aluminum.
Ability to describe your aluminum welding.
MIG welding skills (pulse arc experience a plus).
Ability to pass a visual and break test on 3/8" aluminum plates.
Shift & Environment
Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Work in a large-scale, clean manufacturing facility focused on government projects (bridges, dams, boats, barges).
Pay Breakdown
Welder 1: $35/hr + $150/day per diem = ~$2,450/week
Welder 2: $30/hr + $150/day per diem = ~$2,250/week
Welder 3: $28/hr + $150/day per diem = ~$2,170/week

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
