Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a wide range of technical positions including Developers, Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with managers, understand the unique needs of each technical role, and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of exceptional candidates. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to candidate offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with managers to create accurate and appealing job descriptions that clearly define role expectations, qualifications, and benefits.
2. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Proactively identify passive candidates and engage them through personalized outreach and networking.
3. Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct technical assessments, coding tests, and other relevant evaluations to ensure candidates' technical competencies align with job requirements.
4. Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, technical evaluations, and other assessment stages, ensuring a positive and timely experience for candidates.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and collaborate with hiring teams to make informed selection decisions.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and acting as a main point of contact.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing questions, providing feedback, and ensuring timely communication.
6. Market Insights and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights, using this knowledge to guide effective recruitment strategies.
7. Data-Driven Approach:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and analytics, generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
8. Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand by effectively communicating the organization's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in hiring Developers, Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, and related roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with data-driven recruitment practices and analytics is a plus.
