The Team and Role:

Join a high-impact team that plays a key role in Logitech's overall growth objectives! The Alliance & GTM team for Logitech for Business owns the global strategy for our collaboration with the ecosystem alliance partners and drives the overall relationship, technical, and go-to-market engagement with the alliance partners. The team is responsible for evaluating the market needs for ecosystem solutions, developing business cases for new alliances, and nurturing existing alliances to drive business growth. This team defines strategic priorities and growth drivers at a global level and activates regional sales and marketing teams to achieve business outcomes.

The Technical Alliance Manager will play a crucial role in achieving Logitech's growth objectives by facilitating a competitively differentiated integrated solution with alliance partners such as Zoom and establishing technical integrations with new Workplace Management partners. This role is responsible for managing co-development, certifications, and field enablement to deliver business growth.

  • Identify, prioritize, and kick off co-development opportunities between Logitech and Zoom
  • Oversee Zoom certification for new products and certification categories
  • Inform leadership and stakeholders of joint roadmap status across various projects and product teams
  • Develop competitive differentiated message for new solutions to inform product marketing and alliance marketing teams
  • Deliver technical training and documentation at scale for both internal and external audiences
  • Establish technical integration with new Workplace Management partners
  • Design alliance solution demos and deliver differentiated solution pitch at industry tradeshows and events
  • Monitor alliance performance by collaborating with alliance partners to collect activation data
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Zoom and Workplace Management for internal teams and support large customer deals
  • Oversee QA and CX framework with Zoom and Workplace Management partners to triage issues and optimize customer experience

Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven professional work experience in alliance management, technical sales, or business development roles.
  • Experience in managing projects across cross-functional and cross-company teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with cloud voice or video collaboration technologies.
  • Ability to comprehend the Logitech portfolio and combine Logitech and the Alliance partner's solutions, strategy, and product roadmap.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing complex programs and overcoming challenges
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with building and managing alliances with companies such as Microsoft, Zoom, Amazon, or Google is a plus.

This position offers an annual salary of typically between $ 133K and $ 203K dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
