Description
Exciting opportunity available at the rapidly growing Keller Williams office in Rapid City, SD for an Executive Team Leader. This is a full-time position suitable for a dynamic leader with a successful leadership background, not focused on sales. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with KW systems and business models (though not mandatory.) We are looking for a highly accomplished individual with a strong track record in leadership and high productivity levels. The candidate should be known for exceptional charisma, energy, and drive in all aspects of life. They must be an excellent communicator who easily connects with others and is passionate about influencing and leading. Our ideal candidate aspires to establish the leading real estate company in the local market, excels in recruiting and influencing agents, and aligns with the Market Center's vision, effectively utilizing Career Growth Initiative tools. They should embody the team's belief system, value team-building, and have a relationship-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
* Lead the Market Center
* Implement OP’s vision
* Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
* Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
* Attain dominant market share
* Build Market Center to acceptable profitability
* Consult the Executive leadership team and provide training opportunities
Essential duties and responsibilities
* Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
* Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
* Share Market Center value with recruits
* Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
* Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
* Conduct performance reviews of staff
Communications/Interactions
* Staff – To set goals, plan, work on projects and tasks – daily
* Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily
* Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join company – daily/weekly
* Operating Principle/MCA – Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly
Management Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal skills are required
* Demonstrated ability in leadership, management, and team-building
* Proficiency in setting goals, planning, and ensuring accountability
* Strong problem-solving capabilities are a must
* Proactive and positive attitude is essential
* Above-average skills in recruiting are necessary
* Experience in career development and training is preferred
* Proven track record of successful sales, especially in real estate
* In-depth knowledge and experience in residential real estate
* Familiarity with computer systems and MLS platforms is expected
