LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Supervisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with over 5 years of experience who thrives on optimizing supply chain operations and driving efficiency across import/export processes, warehouse operations, and transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations including import/export compliance , inventory control , and distribution planning .
• Oversee relationships and performance with third-party logistics (3PL) providers , ensuring service level agreements are met and cost efficiencies are achieved.
• Optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to support seamless operations and timely deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations , including receiving, storage, and shipping workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and customer service to align logistics strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supply chain management experience , preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proven expertise in import/export regulations , WMS , TMS , and 3PL management .
• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics strategy.
• SAP experience preferred , especially in logistics modules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
