Vaco is seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Planning Reporting Analyst for a thriving organization located in the Tempe Area.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial Forecasting & Reporting : Develop and maintain Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts, monitor bank covenant performance, and assist in various reporting efforts for different departments.
• Compliance & Accuracy : Ensure accurate regulatory filings, data integrity, and collaboration with accounting for accurate financial reporting.
• Process Improvement & Automation : Support process enhancements, streamline reporting templates using Excel and Adaptive Planning, and drive automation within the FP&A function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.

• MBA or CPA preferred but not required
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Deep understanding of financial statement relationships, particularly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow is required.
• Experience with financial modeling and cash forecasting is required.
