We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a full-time, school-based role near Independence, Oregon. This position focuses on supporting early childhood students with their speech and language development. Position Details:

• Assignment Period: Full school year
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Full-time
• Caseload/Population: Early Childhood
• Location: Independence, OR (and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Conduct therapy sessions in small groups or one-on-one settings
• Support early childhood students with speech and language delays or disorders
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Oregon SLPA license required
• Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
• Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
