Job Description: TheService & Installation Plumber / Pipe-Fitterperforms the installation and repair by performing various duties in commercial or public buildings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Maintain and repair a wide variety of water heater, tankless & filtration systems installation and retrofit, drain, sewer, water, and gas line installation.
+ Perform routine inspections on all types of plumbing systems.
+ Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to Apprentices / Helpers working with you.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Experience preferred in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing waste and water distribution systems or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
+ Journeyman or Master Plumbers License preferred, but not mandatory.
+ Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history).

The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
May work with or around typical construction materials and chemicals requiring safety data sheet knowledge.
