SEO Specialist:

LHH is looking for an SEO Specialist. The role is Hybrid in PA but can be remote if you live outside of Pennsylvania. The candidate needs to have good communication and presentation skills as this role is client facing. This client is looking for someone who has 3-5 YOE. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to establish your proactive and innovative SEO ideas to help us enhance the online presence of our franchise websites. As an SEO Specialist, you will perform keyword research, content optimization, and other SEO tasks to increase and maximize online visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions for our franchise websites. Your expertise in local SEO tactics and strategies will be essential in maximizing website performance. You will work across key areas of organic search and digital marketing to support the tactical development, strategic direction, and continuous improvement of current and future website optimization and initiatives. You will ensure proper on-page optimization to produce relevant search results and positive online user experiences. You must possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to the ever-changing digital landscape. Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 Per Year

Key Functions:

  • Review and publish website content submitted by third-party vendors for local franchise websites

  • Optimize overall content, including copy, page headings, titles, image tags, meta descriptions, etc.

  • Monitor keyword research to boost local SEO visibility and rankings

  • Improve overall local search traffic and volume through best-practice SEO, including Google Business Profile (GBP) and local citation strategies

  • Prepare analytic reports that include traffic and website performance

  • Perform competitive analysis to build actionable SEO strategies and tactics

  • Forecast trends and determine how they will enhance future traffic

  • Communicate effectively and make strategic recommendations to improve local positions for target keywords

  • Perform audits to identify issues and ensure local sites are properly optimized

  • Understand technical SEO, such as website speed optimization, mobile optimization, schema markup implementation, canonicalization, and crawl error resolution.

  • Present findings and recommendations to franchise owners

  • Other duties may be assigned

Required Job Knowledge And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of relatable digital experience preferred

  • 3+ years experience in Local SEO

  • Proven SEO experience and a track record of success in growing organic search traffic and conversions

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing

  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMRush) to conduct in-depth analysis and competitor research

  • Working knowledge of HTML

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency and aptitude in website content creation and editing

  • Effective project management and communication skills

  • Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to identify and resolve SEO-related issues efficiently

  • Proficient in website platforms and computer skills such as Customer Management Systems (CMS), Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Work independently and proactively with minimal direction and/or supervision

  • Ability to lawfully work in the U.S.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per week
