Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Documentation Specialist to develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for our client’s life sciences operations. This role requires strong communication and multimedia skills combined with deep technical knowledge to support a broad range of audiences. The specialist will be pivotal in creating content that ensures safe, effective, and compliant use of sophisticated products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage end-user documentation, manuals, and instructional content aligned with regulatory standards and company quality processes.
• Participate in cross-functional training to build expertise on assays, instrumentation, and software.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather technical information and coordinate publication layout.
• Analyze documentation processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Manage multiple documentation projects, including new content creation, revisions, reviews, and translation coordination.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and software to ensure accurate content creation.
• Contribute to investigations related to document CAPAs and INVs, and implement resulting documentation changes.
• Maintain document consistency across platforms, integrating SDS data and ensuring GHS compliance.
• Coordinate documentation through regulatory submission and production phases, acting as approver when necessary.
• Provide training to cross-functional teams and support EDMS/Agile users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing within regulated environments (FDA, ISO).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead collaborative review sessions and manage cross-functional feedback.
• Comfortable working independently on complex issues with minimal oversight.

Contract Details

• Contract Length: 1 year with possible extensions
• Location: Newark, DE (U.S.)
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
• Pay Rate: $35-$50 per hour (W2 only)
