Our client, a leading general contractor in Houston , is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects in the education sector.

Your Role:
✔️ Lead and manage K-12 school construction projects from pre-construction to completion
✔️ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
✔️ Collaborate with school districts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
✔️ Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for educational facilities
✔️ Lead and mentor project teams to drive efficiency and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
✅ Proven experience delivering K-12, education, or public sector projects
✅ Strong knowledge of Texas school construction regulations and codes
✅ Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (P6, MS Project, or similar)
✅ Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Local experience in Houston, TX is highly preferred
