Position Summary

Morgan 6 is seeking a highly qualified Senior Program Manager – IDIQ Level to lead and oversee programmatic execution in support of USSOCOM-assigned organizations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience managing complex DoD contracts and task orders under an IDIQ vehicle. The selected candidate will play a critical role in both program execution and business development, ensuring excellence in contract performance and driving the pursuit of new task orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and execution of all aspects of the IDIQ contract, including oversight of task orders, staffing, performance, and customer engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders regarding program status, performance, and deliverables.
  • Ensure program compliance with all applicable DoD and USSOCOM policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control budgets, schedules, and technical performance.
  • Develop and deliver reports, briefings, and contractually required documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance and mission success.
  • Ability to provide business development and proposal support for new and existing Task Orders, including but not limited to: Recruiting incumbent personnel, conducting pricing analysis, responding to RFPs, performing teaming analysis and executing capture responsibilities to help secure new work.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of total experience working in USSOCOM assigned organizations as a military member, government civilian, or contractor
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience on a DoD contract (must not have ended more than 12 months prior to proposal submission)
  • Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Program Management or any Business-related field

OR

  • Graduate of a U.S. Military War College that issues a Master’s Certificate and 10 years of total experience in Program Management

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years (total of 15 years) of experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

OR

  • DAWIA Level III PM certification

OR

  • An additional 5 years (total of 10 years) of Program Management experience on a DoD contract

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience managing Special Operations Forces (SOF) contracts
  • Familiarity with USSOCOM HQs and component commands, including JSOC, USASOC, NAVSPECWARCOM, AFSOC, MARSOC, and associated TSOCs
