Job Summary As a Senior Integrations Developer , you will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, train end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of systems. Essential Functions Work with functional analysts and business teams to design and propose IT solutions that meet business requirements. Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications Experience in developing Unit tests, Integration tests, and Performance tests. Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system. Develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Skills And Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline 7+ years of experience as an integration developer, with at least 2-3 years focused on MuleSoft, Dynamics 365, SAP Ariba, and/or Workday integrations Hands-on experience leading integration projects and managing end-to-end integration lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment) Strong understanding of integration patterns and methodologies (e.g., synchronous, asynchronous, batch processing) Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization Experience with middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and AWS for hosting integrations Experience with modern application architecture, such as microservices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with API management tools and strategies Knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control systems, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Preferred: Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for designing, developing, and managing integrations Preferred: understanding of integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems Preferred: Experience in integrating SAP Ariba with other systems Preferred: familiarity in Workday Studio and integration tools like Workday Web Services (WWS) Ability to work collaboratively with other IT leaders and stakeholders to achieve common goals Ability to create and modify reports using tools like Power BI or SQL Reporting Services Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions Experience in conducting user training and preparing documentation for end-users The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is an Equal opportunity, inclusive employer and will consider all applicants for employment with the Company on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
