Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of class action litigation from pleading through appeals

• Draft motions, class certification briefs, and settlement agreements

• Conduct and supervise depositions, mediations, and court hearings

• Develop case strategy with clients, experts, and internal teams

• Oversee e-discovery management, including platform coordination

• Stay abreast of legal updates in Rule 23 and state/federal class action laws

• Mentor junior attorneys and manage litigation support staff

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in class action litigation

• Admission to the California State Bar (in good standing)

• Demonstrated success in class certification, motion practice, and negotiations

• Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills

• Excellent client-facing and team collaboration abilities
