Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Columbus, NE

Environment: Industrial
Pay Rate: $17.50 hr.
Hours may vary

General Job Functions:
Manage an account with a staff consisting of 6 - 10 officers. Facilitate officer training and schedules.

Shift & Hours:
Overnights working Monday through Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (full-time 34 hours per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate Officer Training
• Control Scheduling
• Supervise & manage employees at your assigned job site
• Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site
• On-the-job security training provided.
• Other managerial duties as assigned.

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Computer literacy skills.
• Security experience not required.
• Strong customer service experience/skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership qualities.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• At least 18 year s of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Prior supervisory experience in any industry.

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
