Credence has an immediate need for a Security Management Specialist to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C. The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) shapes the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, delivering responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and overarching direction for all MAJCOM security operations to enable war-winning expeditionary capabilities. Responsibilities Support HQ AFMC A2's efforts in managing its Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) program. Provide authority over all HQ AFMC SCIFs from initial design/development, continuing accreditation, and final decommissioning. Coordinate decision-making among stakeholders, serving as an Adjudicator/Authority Office to assist with HQ AFMC A2 roles and responsibilities, and review customer processes for policy compliance. Assist with SCIF security design and lifecycle management, including security system integration, design, management, and lifecycle support. Review customer processes for policy compliance; handle Concept Validation Requests, SCIF Fixed Facility Checklists, Construction Security Plans, TEMPEST Forms, SCIF co-utilization requests, and related documentation. Prepare, coordinate, and communicate responses in Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) communications. Identify security vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures. Oversee and implement the quality management system; inspect and evaluate physical security and security systems for adequacy. Monitor the handling and use of sensitive material; recommend corrective actions and adjustments when security requirements are not observed; document findings and recommendations. Establish and design security solutions and product improvements; maintain databases of SCIF resources (receipt, storage, inventory, disposition). Conduct executive briefings as needed. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Top Secret/SCI/POLY BS/BA and three (3) years of relevant experience or six (6) years of relevant work experience Experience with CNSS Instruction 1253, Security Categorization and Control Selection for National Security Systems Experience with the SCIF accreditation process governance IAW 32 CFR Part 117; NISPOM; ICD 705, ICD 705-1, and ICD 705-2 Experience with NIST SP 800-53, Security and privacy controls for information systems and organizations Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Please join us as together we build a better world one mission at a time powered by technology and its people.
