YOUR ROLE:

• Lead commercial roofing projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
• Coordinate with estimators, project admins, vendors, and subcontractors
• Supervise field crews, enforcing quality standards, safety protocols, and productivity
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other project documentation
• Foster strong client relationships and a collaborative, culture-forward project environment
