Part-Time Position

Qualifications:

• RN, Must be capable of successfully managing multiple work assignments simultaneously, identifying priorities,
• developing timelines and using sound judgment
• Must have competency with the use of PC based software - i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Anticipate needs.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and final product appearance.
• Ability to navigate internal resources and organizational structure in order to research and resolve administrative
• issues/problems tactfully and promptly
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills - can organize and retrieve data, emails, reports, filings, etc.
• Possess extraordinary customer service orientation - ability to demonstrate tact and professionalism even under
• stressful circumstances
• Ability to manage reimbursement requests
• Basic understanding of accounting and budgeting
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
• Ability to interact in an appropriate and professional manner
• Demonstrated cooperative behavior and positive-problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Available to work dependable, flexible shift

Responsibilities:
• Obtain vital signs, medical history, concomitant medications from study subjects
• Phlebotomy
• Assist with study logistics, clinic and telephone appointments
• Learn and execute study-related protocols
• Other duties as may be assigned
