About the Role
Were on the hunt for a curious, data-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Junior Data Analyst. You can choose to work full-time or part-time our priority is to help you be productive, not tie you down.
What You'll Do
Gather, clean, and transform raw data from various sources (spreadsheets, APIs, CRM exports) so its ready for analysis.
Help build and maintain dashboards that showcase business metrics, customer behavior, and performance trends.
Dive into A/B test and marketing campaign data to spot opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with senior analysts to craft reports that look great and are easy for non-technical teammates to understand.
Perform exploratory analyses to uncover insights, patterns, or anomalies that could shape our strategy.
Document your methods and findings in shared reports, so the whole team can learn from your work.
Join our weekly team meetings to share your takeaways and contribute to ongoing data-driven projects.
Who You Are
You hold a bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field or you have hands-on experience that demonstrates you know your stuff.
You're comfortable writing basic SQL queries and working with databases.
You have solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic functions, all that good stuff).
Youve used at least one data visualization tool Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or something similar.
Familiarity with Python or R is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker.
You thrive when working independently and can meet deadlines in a remote environment.
You communicate clearly in writing and over the phone/video calls.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000—$65,000 per year (prorated if you join on a part-time basis), based on your experience.
