Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Remote Customer Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
• Understand customer travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and budget
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process reservations and payments accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and updates
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet department goals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally eligible to work within the USA (or any of the eligible countries listed)
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients 
• Must have a smartphone and laptop with high-speed internet access
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
