Responsibilities:

  • Support Agents: Assist real estate agents in various tasks, such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating property showings.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and maintaining office cleanliness.
  • Market Research: Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support pricing strategies and property marketing efforts.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage social media accounts, create posts, and engage with followers to enhance online presence.
