Plumbing/HVAC Warehouse Supervisor

Compensation: $65,000 to $90,000 Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead warehouse operations, maximizing team efficiency and functionality.
• Manage inventory, order, and purchase plumbing/HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments for operational harmony.
• Uphold safety standards and train new employees.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background check.
• Plumbing & HVAC Trade experience
• 5+ years' experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, oral, and written.
• Detail oriented, organized, and objective decision making.
• Proficient in PC and industry software.
