Duration: 12+ months contract to Convert Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent project schedules. Responsibilities: Candidates possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate schedule-related updates and priorities to both internal stakeholders and external partners, including executives, vendors, and purchasers. Under general supervision, assist with the planning activities including the development of plant work orders. Ensure a coordinated effort of maintenance, maintenance planning, and project execution between Transmission and Substation operations and Nuclear. Evaluate and improve the execution of work management of Transmission Nuclear activities for nuclear related assets. Assist in event response and root cause analysis and prevention of reoccurrence. Lead the scheduling and tracking for maintenance, compliance and project progress at the Nuclear sites. Experience: Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience managing or assisting in projects. Skills: The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Microsoft Office Software, Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project, as well Power BI.
