• Stable and secure employed position with a top hospital system in the region
• 7-on/7-off day block schedule from 7 am - 7 pm
• Cover 168 shifts annually instead of the standard 182 shifts
• No ICU and no procedures (optional if desired)
• Hospitalist with APP support during the shift for very manageable patient coverage
• Will consider IM physicians available to start in 2025; H-1B visa sponsorship offered
• Excellent $350k salary, a $50k commencement bonus, and a full hospital benefits package
