This role requires a dynamic and highly skilled individual with proficiency in Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), development tools, and automation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Pega applications, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop complex Pega applications using Pega PRPC 8.x or above. Utilize Eclipse, IntelliJ, and GIT for efficient software development, version control, and collaboration. Implement and manage build, test, and deployment pipelines using Maven, CI/CD (Jenkins), New Relic, Splunk, and Postman. Perform in-depth SQL querying and leverage triaging skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Collaborate with large, cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and organizational objectives. Maintain a strong focus on performance optimization, scalability, and security. Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving approach and a strong can-do attitude in addressing system challenges. Must-Have Skills: 10 years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 8.x or above. Proficiency with Eclipse, IntelliJ, Oracle, and GIT. Strong familiarity with Maven, CI/CD (Jenkins), New Relic, Splunk, and Postman. Excellent triaging skills and expertise in SQL querying to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively. A self-starter mentality, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within large teams and across various departments. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in large-scale healthcare initiatives (preferred, but not mandatory).
