Ben's Structural Fabrication is looking for a skilled and motivated Paint Booth Operator to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in preparing and finishing fabricated steel components while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Pay & Schedule

1. Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $26.00/hour (based on experience)
2. Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM
3. Overtime: Potential overtime on Fridays, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Apply industrial paint finishes to structural steel per specifications
2. Ensure all part markings and labels remain legible after painting
3. Monitor and maintain paint inventory
4. Safely dispose of painting materials and byproducts
5. Perform daily maintenance checks on paint booth and equipment
6. Lead quarterly deep cleaning and servicing of paint booth and paint guns
7. Fill out requisition forms for paint supplies and consumables
8. Assist loaders with blocking, netting, and un-netting of trailers
9. Maintain cleanliness of shop and support areas

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. 1–2 years of experience in industrial painting or paint booth operations
3. Ability to lift 80 lbs regularly
4. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
5. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
