Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with common cosmetic packaging standards and materials (glass, plastic, aluminum, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese preferred but not required.
• Willingness to relocate and work full time in Guangdong.

• Exposure to global clients (L’Oréal, Avon , P&G, Victoria’s Secret, Il Makiage, etc.)

• Develop, test, and validate packaging structures (bottles, pumps, caps, cartons, etc.).
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and design teams to optimize packaging solutions for perfume, skincare, makeup, and so on.
• Provide technical support to the sales and marketing teams for customer projects.
