The OD/OE Specialist partners with leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement. This role is responsible for driving organizational change, improving workforce capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's mission and strategic priorities.
Strategic Planning & Vision Alignment: Collaborate with senior leaders to align organizational design, culture, and strategy to business goals.
Change Management: Develop and lead change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational structures.
Talent Development: Ensure alignment of leadership development programs to career paths to maximize workforce potential and develop succession planning framework for critical roles.
Employee Engagement: Design and execute surveys, focus groups, or diagnostics to measure engagement and create actionable solutions to address gaps.
Workforce Development: Collaborate with HR to assess skills gaps and ensure alignment with future organizational needs.
Performance Optimization: Build frameworks to monitor and enhance employee performance management systems, including KPIs, incentives, and goal alignment.
Organizational Design: Lead efforts on restructuring, team alignment, and process mapping to ensure optimal functioning of teams and workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use organizational diagnostics, people analytics, and metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.
Culture Initiatives: Promote a positive work culture and innovation through leadership workshops and tailored interventions.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in organizational development, human resources, or a similar field. Strong knowledge of OD/OE theories, frameworks, and best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders. Experience with HR analytics tools, performance management systems, and employee engagement platforms. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Anticipating and resolving organizational challenges proactively. Passion for fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and employee growth.
