The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments. They manage all products, materials, and supplies for a business and collaborate with the Sales team and Accounting to ensure a smooth process for customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Ensure that quality standards are met for used equipment and that the equipment is suitable for redeployment.
2. Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments.
3. Organize picked inventory by order for easy retrieval as new orders come in.
4. Review incoming and outgoing lead times to maintain productive operations to meet customer delivery requirements.
5. Isolate damaged inventory and report to Supervisor to determine disposition.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory records and storage areas effectively.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve inventory goals.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and best practices.
