Job Title: On-Call Event Servers & Bartenders

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Various Event Venues)

Starting Pay: $22/hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
Low Country Quisine is looking for professional, reliable, and service-oriented event servers and bartenders to join our team on an on-call basis . We cater weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings throughout the DFW Metroplex, delivering exceptional hospitality with a touch of Southern charm.

Responsibilities: • Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, buffets, and bar stations• Serve plated meals, buffet stations, or passed hors d’oeuvres with professionalism• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders only)• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the event• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations• Assist with loading/unloading and light lifting as needed

Requirements: • TABC Certification (Bartenders) & Food Handler’s Certificate (Servers & Bartenders)• Reliable transportation to travel to various event venues across the Metroplex• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs • Neat, professional appearance and strong customer service skills• Availability to work nights and weekends, based on event schedule
