We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Houston facility. This role is key to keeping the office running smoothly, ensuring records are maintained, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment.

📍 Southeast Houston, near Hobby Airport (77061)

🌐 Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, manage correspondence, and greet visitors
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate staff calendars
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Data entry and updating company records/databases
  • Support departments with reports and document preparation
  • Order and track office supplies
  • Ensure office environment is professional and organized

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in an office/administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
