LocumJobsOnline is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Hospitalist MD in Boston, Massachusetts, 02134!

Embrace the rhythm of the night! We are looking for a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join our dynamic team in the heart of Boston. This full-time position offers a rewarding balance of admissions and patient care with the opportunities for faculty and teaching appointments.

New graduates and H1 visas are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
• Weekends: 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM
• Occasional extended shift until 7:30 AM
• One daytime weekend shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (covering 10 patients)
• Average: 12 shifts/month

Patient Load: 4-5 admissions per shift , Cross coverage: 30-40 patients

Team Structure: 9 Nocturnists per night , Sick call backup support

Compensation:

• New graduates: $265,000+
• Salary increases based on years post-residency
• Full benefits package

Requirements:

• MD/DO Degree
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
• Hospitalist Experience Preferred but not required.
