We are currently seeking a talented medical esthetician for our Seattle Green Lake location. We take great pride in finding a candidate who really wants to be part of collaborative team of like minded women. Our Lead master esthetician has been with us over 10 years and senior esthetician 8 years, we have very little turnover but are very particular as to who joins our team. The reason for our post is a senior esthetician is leaving the state and we have a rare opening plus we are opening a second floor called Skinlogic Elite! We might even have openings for a part time position as well.

As a master esthetician, you’ll be responsible for providing a high standard of services in accordance with established procedures. With over 23 years of being a leader in Washington medical spa industry we looking for the right fit.

We have team members making six figure incomes so if you are professional, team player, and have experience please apply. Regularly attend educational training to improve and strengthen esthetic service expertise and develop new skills. Cultivate new guest relationships and ensure retention of existing guests. Display the highest standard of guest service, courteous and attentive to guest needs. and continually meets and/or exceeds service and retail objectives.

We are looking for someone with these qualities:

• Medical esthetic license for advanced treatments
• Proficient in laser hair removal, IPL. Provide machines you are trained on.
• Proficient in advanced peels (TCA and Jessner), microneedling
• Proficient in facial services
• Supportive of others in their work environment
• Takes pride in what they do, good work ethic
• Desires ongoing clinical knowledge in the skincare field
• Tidy and Timely in their duties
• Takes initiative and responsibility for oneself.
• Someone who will go the extra mile for co-workers and clients
• Naturally positive in demeanor
• Must possess sound judgment skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Must be extremely reliable with a high degree of integrity
• Must be able to stay organized and multi-task

Hours we are looking for:

• Vary but evenings and weekends are required in our industry especially when starting.
• Pay $25 to $125+ - service and product commissions
