Marketing Manager

We are an Asian beauty expert group who are expertized in digital marketing, eCommerce and B2B distribution in North America. Be part of our team for big Korean and Japanese Beauty brands, one of the fastest growing in beauty industry.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop social media strategies, create engaging content, and leverage platforms to foster brand loyalty (TikTok, Instagram)
• Communicate with PR Agency and collaborate with KOLs
• Develop marketing and sales strategies considering brand guidelines and offerings to maximize sell-through
• Create the marketing calendar, and take the ownership of its implementation
• Execute marketing plans and activities including new product launching, promotion, and on/offline campaigns
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with social media strategy (TIKTOK)
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns on social media
• Familiar with collaboration or affiliate program with influencers and affiliate program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and multitasking
  
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-growing corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred.

Salary: $80K-100K per year
