Maintain and establish Quality Assurance and system controls. Minimum Qualifications: ASCP certification. Minimum of 3 years experience in all areas of the lab, including Blood Bank with a clear understanding of all areas related to lab operations. Minimum of 2 years previous management/supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or related field. PC skills including LIS. Day shift availability.
