Job Description Job Description Our client a large Investment Management firm based in the Boston area is currently looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to begin working right away!

Pay Rate Range: $21-23/hour We have a broad network of clients in the Banking and Financial Services industries. Please feel free to respond with your areas of interest! Responsibilities:

Conduct cost analysis on financial programs and operations
Determine financial status and analyze forecast results
Perform month-end client valuation for assigned funds
Research and assess offshore and domestic fund options
Resolve accounting errors on a timely basis with documentation
Prepare profit and loss models

Qualifications:

Recently Graduated/ Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields (6 months to 2 years)
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Strong attention to detail
Communication skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
