Overview We are seeking an HVAC Engineer to join our Power & Manufacturing - Advanced Energy & Manufacturing Team at our offices in Fort Washington, PA ; Boston, MA ; Albany, NY ; or Parsippany, NJ . The role offers a hybrid work schedule with both office and work-from-home days. Your Impact The HVAC Engineer conducts the design development, implementation, and technical analysis of HVAC systems to support new products or changes to existing schemes, to meet client needs. The role works on multiple projects in a timely and cost-effective manner to satisfy client, contractual, and company requirements. Responsibilities Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays Identify, develop, and gather technical resources necessary to complete assignments Recognize technical discrepancies in analytical results and implement appropriate corrections Collaborate with team members to support project goals and client satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Minimum 3 years\' related engineering experience Strong working knowledge of the engineering field and ability to apply it practically Proficient in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) Understanding of QA/QC procedures Effective verbal and written communication skills with adaptable communication style Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment and assist more senior staff Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Participation in a professional engineering society/organization preferred Salary $85,000 - $95,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, and other standard considerations.
