L onesome Dove Lodge is looking to hire a full-time Hotel Manager for our new location opening April 1, 2025!!

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and efficient management of resources. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hospitality management to create a welcoming environment for guests while maximizing operational efficiency. The Hotel Manager will lead the front desk team, manage guest relations, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Duties

• Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports to monitor hotel performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train, mentor, and lead staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in hospitality management.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field, preferred
• Previous Hotel Management experience
• Strong guest relations skills with a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and budgeting processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members.
