GEOINT Systems Manager

Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly motivated and skilled GEOINT Systems Manager to join our team in supporting the US Air Force's DCGS System Integration Lab (DSIL) at Robins AFB, GA. This critical role involves supporting the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) weapon system enterprise sites both CONUS/OCONUS locations. This position provides expertise and technical assistance for system integration efforts, root cause analysis investigations, and resolving technical issues within the DCGS environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at Robins AFB, GA.

As the GEOINT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the Tier III technical assistance to customer's field DCGS systems. This includes:

• Managing and maintaining the COTS/GOTS software supporting the DCGS systems.
• Performing high-level systems administration of specialized GEOINT software.
• Providing technical engineering expertise and support to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and stakeholders through incident ticketing systems.
• Conducting in-depth analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for the DCGS software and systems.
• Support GEOINT post-upgrade efforts, in accordance with technical data, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and operating instructions (OIs).
• Providing real-time systems support to the customer, operators, and end-users.
• Collect DCGS information for mission support effort across all supported communities.
• Aid in data collection efforts for fielded sites to aid in system reviews and customer technical feedback.

Qualifications you must have:

• Experience with military GEOINT domains across various platforms and expert knowledge in at least one domain GEOINT with experience as a discipline lead.
• Prior experience building and facilitating effective teams working across shifts with a proven track record of interfacing with military leadership, specifically senior military leadership (Office/Enlisted).
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Current Security+ or higher DoD 8570 certification.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications we prefer:

• AWS, CISSP, VMWare certifications.
