Role Overview:

As our Finance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in:

• Producing accurate financial reports for donors, ensuring compliance.
• Leading the annual budgeting process, cost proposals, and managing new awards.
• Keeping abreast of donor regulations and requirements.
• Occasional travel to field offices to provide on-site support and oversight.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, NGO management, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, particularly with contracts/grants from donors like USAID, foundations, and private entities.
• Experience in international relief/development, especially with US government-funded programs (USAID preferred).
• A proven track record in financial management, reporting, and controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
