Hiring experienced airless spray painter. You will be responsible for applying coatings according to company specifications. 

The following items are mandatory and you 

MUST be able to perform these essential duties:

• Airless spray painting experience 
• Work outdoors in the heat and cold
• Be responsible and punctual with own reliable transportation to office 
• Able and to lift and move heavy weight
• Perform work in accordance with the company’s safety practices and procedures
• Ability to travel to various job sites across the state of Tennessee and stay until work is completed (transportation provided)
• Ability to stay overnight in motel (paid by company) on jobs that require multiple days to complete
• Follow all safety and OSHA requirements; including hard hat and steel toe boots 
• Be comfortable with heights 
• Use paint application equipment including airless sprayer
• Ability to do basic maintenance on airless pumps and equipment if needed
• Ensure pumps are properly flushed and guns are cleaned.
• Prepare paint records and time sheets for laborers
• Properly and safely operate blasting equipment.
• Produce and understand required Material Safety Data Sheets for coating, including application methods thinning, temperatures & humidity requirements.
• Ability to operate man lift
• Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, and move materials.
• Be a team player
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb and crawl
• Work extensive hours in a non-climate environment.

Candidates must be able to pass a background and drug test.
