Key Duties & Areas of Responsibility
Impeccable cleaning and care of a 3,000 sq. ft. luxury apartment with high-end finishes
Careful laundering and expert ironing of fine clothing, linens, and textiles
Wardrobe management, including seasonal rotations, repairs, and organization
Proactive household inventory tracking and restocking (excluding food)
Discreet coordination with outside vendors and service professionals
Detailed organization of storage areas, drawers, closets, and household systems
Occasional packing and unpacking for travel
Assisting with transitions to the family’s Hamptons residence during summer months
Spotting and addressing “invisible” areas—no detail is too small
Must-Have Attributes:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in formal homes
Mastery of detailed cleaning, luxury material care, and wardrobe organization/Ironing
Exceptional time management and communication skills
Fluent in English
Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and climbing ladders when needed
Must be paid legally (“on the books”)
