Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team at DigiTalkTell. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our company's objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding event experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and event content.
• Track event budgets and prepare expense reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees and address any issues that arise during events.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
