Be part of the All Community Events team working on events across the nation for over 100,000 participants annually! Join us managing 5K/10K run/walks, half marathons, marathons, client charity events, pumpkin shows and holiday light shows. If you eat, sleep and breathe logistics, problem-solving and coordination combined with the fast pace get stuff done nature of event day then this is the place for you.

The All Community Events Event Manager Assistant role is designed to introduce all aspects of managing events including:

• Logistical planning
• Operational execution
• Community outreach
• Client Charity Support
• Marketing
• Customer Service
• Contractor Booking
• And much more

You will frequently get to travel to our events around the country and be an integral part of our event day operations.

Start Date:

• July 8, 2025 - End Mid-December (this is a seasonal position)

• Located at our office in Lake Zurich, IL. No remote option.
• There is a possibility for high-performers to get hired full-time.

Qualifications:

• This position requires the ability to use a computer for an extended period of time.
• This position requires the ability to stand on your feet for an extended period of time.
• This position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly over an extended period of time.
• This position requires frequent weekend availability as our events do happen on the weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
